betheanswer.to is an Answer Engine Optimisation service operated by Viable Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202143569C), trading as betheanswer.to, a company incorporated in Singapore. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to Viable Pte. Ltd. Questions: use our contact form.
What we collect.
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form or by emailing us: your name, company name, email address, and anything you share in the message field. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our website; this data is anonymised. We use Metricool to measure website visits and understand which pages are useful. It collects aggregated usage data such as pages visited and referring sites.
Answer Share check accounts.
To run an Answer Share check you sign in with Google or an emailed sign-in link. We collect your email address, name, company, role and, if you choose to give it, a work email. Signing up for The Answer Brief is a separate, optional choice. We use these details to run your snapshots, manage your free allowance, prevent misuse and reply if you request more snapshots or a Question Pack. We do not use passwords for public accounts.
The tool reads only the public pages of the website you enter. We store the website address, your market and competitor choices and the generated results in your account. Your snapshots are private to you. The details you enter are not shared with other users or sold to anyone, and they are not used to train AI models. We keep snapshots until you delete them or for 12 months, whichever comes first. Question Pack requests are kept while we discuss and deliver the work, and in line with the retention periods below if you become a client.
You can delete individual snapshots, or your whole account and its data, at any time from My Answer Share checks. Deleting your account removes your profile, snapshots and requests.
How we use your data.
To respond to your enquiry, assess whether our services fit your needs, send a proposal if you request one, and communicate about an engagement. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters unless you explicitly request them.
Who we share it with.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing. We may share data with service providers who help us operate, only as necessary and under appropriate data protection terms.
How we protect your data.
Contact form submissions are stored securely in access-controlled storage and used only to respond to your enquiry. If you complete our AI visibility self-check, your answers and score are stored anonymously to help us understand common gaps; no personal data is collected. Industry-standard measures including encrypted email and access-controlled cloud storage. Access is limited to personnel directly involved.
How long we keep it.
Enquiries that don't proceed: deleted within 12 months. Clients: retained for up to 7 years per Singapore record-keeping requirements.
Your rights.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion (subject to legal retention obligations). Contact us through our contact form. We respond within 30 days.
