We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form or by emailing us: your name, company name, email address, and anything you share in the message field. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our website; this data is anonymised.

To respond to your enquiry, assess whether our services fit your needs, send a proposal if you request one, and communicate about an engagement. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters unless you explicitly request them.
Who we share it with.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing. We may share data with service providers who help us operate, only as necessary and under appropriate data protection terms.
How we protect your data.
Industry-standard measures including encrypted email and access-controlled cloud storage. Access is limited to personnel directly involved.
How long we keep it.
Enquiries that don't proceed: deleted within 12 months. Clients: retained for up to 7 years per Singapore record-keeping requirements.
Your rights.
