The two axes
AI performance
How often assistants cite the page for the questions it should answer, from the Answer Chain.
Google performance
Clicks and impressions from your Search Console account for the same page.
The four quadrants
| Strong in Google | Weak in Google | |
|---|---|---|
| Strong in AI | Protect: keep it current, link to it, watch it | Strengthen for search: match intent, add original data and proof |
| Weak in AI | Make it answerable: rewrite to the Answer Standard | Rebuild, merge or retire |
The accuracy override
Any page carrying a Critical or Major error from the Accuracy Check moves to the top of the list, whatever its quadrant. A visible wrong page does more harm than an invisible one.
What it needs
Read access to your Google Search Console, or an export of page performance for the last three months. We match it page by page with the pages AI cited in your Answer Share study.

Weak in AI · Weak in GoogleOf 40 service pages, six are strong in both and get Protect. Nine rank well in Google but are never cited by AI: they open with marketing copy and bury the answer, so they get rewritten to the Answer Standard. Eleven are weak on both and overlap each other; they are merged into four.
Frequently asked questions
Why not just use Google rankings?
Because pages that rank in Google are not always the pages AI cites. The grid shows where the two disagree, which is where the quickest gains usually are.
Do I need to give you Search Console access?
Read-only access is easiest. An export of page performance works too.
